Abstract
|
|
|
Allogeneic bone marrow transplantation(BMT) has been used as promising method
with incrasing success in treating various hemopoietic stem cell disorders.
We have experienced unusual, but important rememberable complications after
allogeneic bone marrow transplantation of four patients with acute Iymphocytic
leukemia(1), severe aplastic anemia (2), and chronic myelogenous leukemia(1),.
These are two cases of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura(TTP)-like
syndrome(Thrombotic Microangiopathy, TM), clinically acceptable bronchiolitis obliterans(
BO) accompanied with sicca syndrome of long-standing chronic graft-versus-host
disease(cGVHD), and early rejection following second BMT with same donor.
So, we would like to mention how to prevent and treat above unusual complications
with review of brief literatures.
